Running yourself into the ground? Feeling a bit too overwhelmed? Burnout is a common experience among us all. Through an informative presentation with clinical research, participants will be able to define burnout, identify markers of burnout, how to reverse/treat burnout symptoms, and increase resiliency against burnout. Attendees will leave with the knowledge of the impact of burnout and be more equipped to challenge burnout symptoms for a more balanced life.
