Eaglecast: Making Difficult Conversations Less "Difficult"

Our natural tendency is to avoid difficult conversations and the challenges, fears, and anxieties they present. Unfortunately, ignoring important issues does nothing to help resolve them and can often lead to bigger problems and resentments that undermine relationships. In this session, Dr. Harris will reframe difficult conversations as opportunities to both honestly address and solve problems and build stronger, more open relationships. Techniques to encourage open dialogue and mutual trust in pursuit of joint problem solving will be explained. The webinar will help participants build the courage to proactively tackle and effectively plan and execute the conversations needed to positively address difficult issues.
