Acts of bullying are unfortunately prolific within our workplace environments. Bullying behavior can insidiously destroy morale and productivity within an organization, sometimes with disastrous consequences. The participant in this presentation will learn to recognize inappropriate abrasive conduct, the toll it takes on the individual and the institution, and how to curtail abusive behavior in the workplace. This course is especially recommended for supervisors, who will learn what constitutes bullying behavior and be presented with constructive leadership strategies to implement instead.
