Full course description

Participants will be provided an extensive range of OSHA related material through slide presentation, video, discussion, readings, and reference to online materials.  Just some of the topics that will be covered include OSHA’s history, the Code of Federal Regulations, employer responsibilities, inspections, record keeping, NIOSH, statistics, case studies, available resources, and an overview of general standards. This self-paced course is academic in nature and not a substitute for any OSHA required technical, onsite, or hazard-specific trainings, but rather how to be successful in the oversight of OSHA in the workplace.
